How I Work

One relationship.

I do not employ a team. That is a deliberate choice. What I offer instead is a carefully maintained network of New Zealand's finest independent specialists, lawyers, conveyancers, immigration advisors, tax counsel, private bankers, technical surveyors, each engaged on a case-by-case basis as your acquisition requires.

You deal with one person: me. I coordinate every specialist relationship, manage communications, and ensure that the right expertise is applied at the right moment, without your time being consumed in managing multiple professional relationships across time zones.

Each specialist in my network has been selected through direct experience, not reputation alone. They are known to me, and they know how to work with clients for whom privacy is non-negotiable.

Specialists are engaged only when your acquisition requires their expertise. There is no standing team generating fees. Each engagement is specific, purposeful, and proportionate to what your transaction actually demands.

I manage the specialist relationships on your behalf. Instructions, information, and documentation flow through me, not between you and multiple professionals working independently. You receive a single, coherent briefing at each stage.

Privacy Maintained Throughout

Every specialist in my network understands that client identity and intentions are held in strict confidence. NDAs are available for any engagement where additional formal protection is required.

No Referral Arrangements

I do not receive referral fees or commissions from any specialist I introduce. My introductions are made solely on the basis of who will serve your acquisition best, there is no financial arrangement between us that could influence that judgement.
