For many of my clients, acquiring a property in New Zealand is only the beginning. They do not live here year-round. They need someone on the ground who understands their standards, knows the property, and can be trusted to act without being told what to do.

I provide ongoing liaison with property managers, facility managers, and asset managers, coordinating the practical management of your holding so that you do not need to. When something needs attention, I ensure it is dealt with before it becomes a problem. When you are visiting, I ensure everything is ready.

Every service provider engaged on your behalf is known to me personally. The chauffeur who meets you at the airport. The property manager who maintains the estate. The helicopter pilot for remote access. Each is selected for their discretion as much as their capability.

Handover Brief

At settlement, I prepare a full brief for your property's ongoing management, covering maintenance schedules, service providers, emergency contacts, and your specific requirements and preferences.

Ongoing Liaison

I act as the single point of contact for all service providers. You receive concise updates on anything that requires your attention, without being drawn into the operational detail of managing multiple vendors.

Visit Coordination

When you travel to New Zealand, your arrival is arranged and your property is prepared. Ground transport, helicopter access, provisioning, and domestic staffing are coordinated in advance, precisely to your requirements.

What Is Managed

Every aspect of your holding

Property Management

Liaison with your appointed property manager covering routine maintenance, compliance, inspections, and any issues that arise. I review reports, manage escalations, and ensure that standards are maintained to your expectations.

Facility Management

For larger estates, I coordinate facility management covering grounds, mechanical services, security systems, and any specialist infrastructure. Every contractor engaged is known to me and briefed on your privacy requirements.

Guest & Visit Coordination

When you or your guests are visiting, I arrange everything in advance: ground transport from the airport, helicopter access to remote properties, domestic staffing, provisioning, and any additional services required during your stay.

Asset Oversight

For clients with multiple New Zealand holdings, I provide consolidated oversight, ensuring that each property is performing as expected, maintenance is current, and any capital expenditure requirements are flagged with appropriate context and recommendations.

Emergency Response

When something unexpected occurs, storm damage, infrastructure failure, a security matter, I respond on your behalf immediately. You are kept informed, and the issue is resolved through the appropriate professional channel without requiring your direct involvement.
